At 9 a.m. on November 4, 2015, the founding meeting and second membership meeting of Zhejiang Mold Industry Federation were held in Huangyan. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Jiamin, Secretary General of Huangyan Mold Association, and was attended by more than 200 people. Anhui Mold Industry Association President Chen Yingzhi, Secretary-General Zan Xiangming, and Deputy Secretary-General Liu Ping attended the meeting to express congratulations.

At the meeting, Li Changtong, deputy secretary of the Huangyan District Party Committee and district mayor, delivered a welcome speech. Cao Chunhua, president of the China Mold Industry Association, and Liu Depu, secretary-general of the Shanghai Mold Industry Association, delivered congratulatory messages on behalf of the local mold association. Han, deputy leader of the preparatory leading group, Chang Mao made a preparatory work report, and Yu Weibing made an explanation of the charter.
The meeting reviewed and approved the "Articles of Association of Zhejiang Mold Industry Federation (Proposal)" and "Zhejiang Mold Industry Federation Membership Fee Collection Standards (Proposal)", and elected the new board of directors.
The meeting announced the names of the president, vice president, deputy secretary-general, honorary president, and consultants of the current council, and invited the newly elected president to speak. The executive vice president and secretary-general of the China Mold Industry Association and the leader of the Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission then delivered a speech.
The establishment of the Zhejiang Mold Industry Federation will surely lead the mold industry colleagues in the province to make greater achievements in adjusting the industrial structure, transforming the development model, and promoting industrial upgrading in the mold industry.
